Trump proposes federal ‘AI Force’ as public and industry concerns grow

President Donald Trump has proposed creating a federal “AI Force” and appointing an  AI czar as Washington considers how to respond to the technology’s rapid  development. At the same time, new research cited by KLTV found that 45% of  surveyed Americans are afraid or very afraid AI could replace their jobs.  

As policymakers consider how government should respond to AI, the economic impact  should be part of the conversation. UiCoalition advocates for an AI Dividend Trust Fund  so Americans can share in the economic value AI creates.
